Please read Hair & Beauty Station Bristol Terms and Conditions before your hair or beauty service.
Hair & Beauty Station requires payment on completion of your appointment unless an alternative arrangement is made. We accept cash, direct debit, visa or MasterCard.
Hair & Beauty Station liability is limited as permitted under the Competition and Consumer Act. But, if you are not satisfied within a one-week period of your hair appointment, we guarantee we will redo your hair for free.
We always do our best to meet your booking request. To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking at the reason time in advance. We recommend making future bookings at the end of each service to secure your ideal appointment time. You can book your appointment by walk in, on telephone or by online through our website. www.hairbueatystation.co.uk
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel in a timely manner. Cancellations made within 12-hours of your scheduled appointment incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.
If you are more than 15-minutes late we may decline your appointment due to the affect it will have to the subsequent bookings after yours. If this happens, you will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.
We accept email enquiries about our services, hairdressers, and our product range (coming Soon). We always try to respond within 24-hours of receiving your enquiry.
Patch test is mandatory for coloring service. Patch test service is available at Hair & Beauty station.

One customer can avail only one special or discount offer at a time. Please do confirm the validity date of any particular offer announced by Hair & Beauty Station.
